Hyderabad Expressways Limited is an SPV incorporated for the purpose of Design, Construction, Development, Finance, Operation and Maintenance of Eight Lane access controlled expressway under Phase II A Programme as an extension of Phase I of ORR to Hyderabad City, in the State of Telangana (formerly combined Andhra Pradesh), India, for the package from Bongulur to Tukkuguda from km 108.000 to km 121.000 on Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) (Annuity) basis. The Concession Agreement was signed with Hyderabad Urban Development Authority (HUDA) and Hyderabad Growth Corridor Limited (HGCL) in August 2007 and Concession was granted for 15 years (2.5 Years Construction Period and 12.5 Years Operations Period). HUDA/HGCL will pay the SPV a Semi-Annual Annuity of Rs. 30.49 Crores during the operations period.
